Current flatmate sadly moving out as she has bought a 1 bed in in the city so I am looking now preferably for a female professional to come and share this lovely flat :)
I currently work in Liverpool so I would prefer someone who also works in the week as I'm not really one for being hungover at work!
On the weekends I like to go out into town and do most weekends, so someone who is also sociable and outgoing would fit in well as it'd be nice to have a new friend and not just a flatmate!
The flat is a duplex penthouse apartment with a fantastic private terrace, and comes with underground parking if needed but this is an extra £50pm. Bills/Council tax not included also.
Date of moving as advertised can be flexible if needed earlier/later.
