Due to my current flatmate moving out, I am looking for someone to replace her!
The room is a luminous double bedroom in a two bedroom flat (4th floor) located in the business district of Liverpool, 2 minutes walking from Moorfields train station, 10 minutes walking from Liverpool one. The room is furnished (bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers).
There is one shared bathroom in the flat, and the price pcm includes all bills (electricity, water, council tax and internet access). The flat has a small balcony.
Please note there is no parking space included.
I am a young professional working quite standard office hours, that enjoys socialising & cooking, and my friends company. I like going out with them and will sometimes have them over, but I mainly like the flat to remain quiet, clean and cosy!
