WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 2 females and 5 males, all between the ages of 21 and 27. All working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The house has 8 rooms, a communal open living area and Kitchen. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

This property is in the Wavertree area just a 25 minute walk into the city centre. and Edge Hill train station is just a 5 minute walk away where you can jump on the train and be in Liverpool city centre in 10 minutes.

LOCAL FACILITIES
The property is just a 5 minute drive to Liverpool Retail Park which has restaurants such as Chiquito and stores such as River Island, New Look, Boots and plenty more!
Right opposite the property is the beautiful Wavertree Botanic garden where you can take nice strolls and appreciate the breath taking views of the park. On the opposite of the park you will find stores such as Matalan, Home Bargains and Iceland.

PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can begin the application process. You will also need to provide a UK based guarantor. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need.

MOVE IN
Move in dates will be arranged once your application has been successful. Pro rata rent is payable depending upon the date you move in. We collect all rent on the 1st of every month. Deposits are registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing that the room is left in same condition as found. General terms are that the contract is for 6 months and then it enters a monthly rolling contract.

RESERVATION PROCESS

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
