Student accomodation studio flat on Hope Street!!!

I am a current tenant living in a private studio flat in the Hahnemann Building located on Hope Street in the Liverpool One area. I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting July 1st and of which ends August 31st with a possibility of signing your own 1-year lease through Hello Student which would begin September 1st. The flat is in an amazing location and conveniently located to universities and to downtown Liverpool. I plan on leaving a lot of the furnishings that I have already bought, so all of them will be available to you if you choose to keep them. This includes; pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, glass wine glasses and glass cups, plasticware, cutting knives, cutting board, spatula, coffee maker, ice cube trays, dish rack and towel, four kitchen towels, four large and two small bathroom towels, bathroom rugs, small bathroom bin, large kitchen bin, shoe rack, laundry basket, mop and broom, desk lamp, four wall hooks, and I will also leave any unused cleaning supplies and un-parishable foods such as cans of soup, etc. I am an international student traveling back to the US, so I will be unable to bring any of these things with me so they will all be included in the rent.
