One double room available in a friendly, all-female house share in Mossley Hill. The house has been rented to young professionals and PhD students and would suit someone in a similar situation. The room is on the first floor and is situated at the back of the house, sharing a bathroom with just one other tenant, as there is also an en-suite bathroom in an attic bedroom, which is currently taken.
The room is the smallest of the three bedrooms, which is reflected in the price, but is also the quietest, being at the back of the house and is well furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair with an additional fitted cupboard with shelves in one corner. There are new blinds at the window. The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and bidet and is shared with just one other tenant. A further small box bedroom is unoccupied and available for use, in needed, for storage.. There is a shared kitchen, lounge and separate dining room and a secure, walled yard with locked gate to the back alley.. At the end of the road is a direct bus route to the centre of Liverpool and it is just a short walk to Allerton Road, where there is a wide range of good shops, bars and restaurants. Nearby there are lots of green leafy spaces and parks. Rent includes all bills, including internet. Ample on-street parking is available. We are looking for a responsible 25-40 year old female to join this well maintained household. The hall, landing and stairs have just been decorated and all bedrooms will be newly painted by the end of September.
We have owned the house since our daughter was at Liverpool Uni and this is the only rental property we have. We live in Wirral and endeavour to be as helpful as we can to our tenants.
