The house is located in New Brighton, with good street parking for cars or a short walk to buses on Seabank Rd for Liscard, Birkenhead or Liverpool. It's approx. a 30min commute to Liverpool City Centre, either by train, bus or ferry. The train station and Marine Point (Morrisons, Costa, Pizza Express, cinema etc.) are about a 15 minute walk away. The river/beach is a 3 minute walk to the bottom of the road, which is great for walking/running or cycling, and there's a newsagent/off-licence, post office & hairdresser all a few minutes away - plus 2 lovely pubs & Vale Park just round the corner.

The rent is fully inclusive, so once you've paid, there's nothing else to worry about. A deposit and first months rent are needed to move in, as well as a reference or confirmation of employment.
