I have a double room to rent in a lovely home which has great access to road and rail networks.

The house is situated in a desirable area and there are a number of open spaces and the high street has a nice selection of pubs and restaurants covering most cuisines.

The room has a double bed a large mirrored wardrobe with built in drawers and a sofa bed. It's has its own bathroom complete with overbath shower.

The room has a smart tv with freeview.

The room also comes with an private parking spot to the rear of the property.

There is a lovely well stocked garden to the rear of the property which is a real sun trap and has a lovely seating area.
Downstairs there is a large lounge and a kitchen complete with all mod cons.
I also have one non moulting dog which isn’t in the house during the working day.
The room would suit a respectful professional person with high standards as regards respecting the property and keeping the places Tidy and clean.

The room is more or less self contained for complete privacy if required.

The room is for one person only and guests are welcomed by prior arrangement only.
