I have a double room available to rent in my home in Prenton which will be available from the beginning of June. The room is furnished with a new double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

The house is situated within a 5 minute walk to Woodchurch Road which is ideal for local bus services both to Liverpool and around the Wirral. It is also only a 5 minute drive to the motorway and close to the local amenities of Prenton village.

It is a spacious 3 bed semi-detached house with 2 bathrooms. As well as the lounge there is also a conservatory and open plan kitchen and dining room and garden. Although there is no off road parking there is always space available to park directly outside the house.

I currently share my house with my cat. I am a primary school teacher so work quite long hours which involve working from home of an evening especially during the week. Of a weekend I like to relax and go out and see friends and family.

I am easy going and personable and would like to share my house with like-minded people. I would like a housemate who can respect living in someone else's home but at the same time can feel relaxed and at home. I would prefer a non-smoker but would be happy with a housemate who would be willing to smoke outside.
