Double Room In Semi Detached House

Well this is new! I've just signed up to this as I have just read an article about loneliness and depression and this site was sponsoring a drive to combat it. It's a bit alien but I thought why not. I'm looking for a person who is sensible and of a professional nature. I volunteer for a local charity in my spare time and after work and I can only imagine how difficult it is finding a decent place without spending a small fortune these days. I don't do mad loud parties or anything of that sort, I like the quiet side of life and would appreciate if this where to be respected. The house is a 3 bed semi detached in a quiet cul-de-sac with wonderful neighbours. There is a large garden at the rear, parking outside, space in the loft. Buses stop within 150yards away, train station 3 mins drive away. The room is a double bedroom at the front of my house. It has its own built in wardrobe. There is room for a desk etc. It has bedside tables and a double bed already in. Being new to this I will assume it's the norm for all bills to be included - washing machine and all cooking facilities, fibre broadband, water, gas, electric etc with the option of paying extra if you want me to include food on my weekly shopping trip. I do have one female housemate already, she's called Roxy and is my African Grey parrot - and yes, she talks and it's hilarious! Initial term would be 6 months in case it all goes Pete Tong but if it works well I see no problem extending this to suit your needs.
