WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 4 males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All are working professionals.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
The property is great for anyone who travels into Liverpool as the Kingsway tunnel is only a 10 minute drive away. There is a convenience store, a couple of takeaways and a Barber shop right on your doorstep! There are also plenty of local pubs and places to eat close by. If you are in need of a break, then the Wallasey Central Park is only a 15 minute walk away.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
