We have one room available in this lovely, professional Cosi property! This property is located just a short 10 minutes from the City Centre, and only a 2-minute walk from local shops, and bus routes into the City Centre. Along with being just 5 minutes from Fazakerley train station, and hospital.

This property benefits from having a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, with a lovely comfy sofa and flat-screen TV for you and all of your housemates to enjoy! The kitchen includes all of your basic essentials... fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker and plenty of storage space for all. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine & tumble dryer in.

There is also a lovely, modern communal bathroom and shared office space too, and we also include a professional cleaner who attends twice a month for all of the communal areas!

There is free parking right outside the property, and also a generously-sized garden for you all to enjoy!🪴

Your bedroom has a comfy double bed, huge built in double wardrobe, and a bedside table!

The existing housemates have lived here for almost 3 years, but it's their time to move out of the area, so everybody will be brand new. The landlord is giving the house a little freshen up with new flooring in the kitchen, and carpet up the stairs, ready for new housemates to move in. There are three working professionals, 2 females & 1 male, Cory, Irene and Reynalene who are lovely and are looking for like-minded professionals to join them.
