I Have one double room available in our beautiful 5 bed shared house. ( Avaialble from 27th May)
Our current tenants are happy to live in a house of this standard and call it "home from home".
We provide HD TVs with free view in every room along with your own sink/mirror combo also in every room,
the property is equipped with super fast virgin fibre broadband.

We have 3 bathrooms in the house 2 communal one ensuite

So a maximum of two rooms per bathroom

The large kitchen /Dinner comprises of a hob/oven, 2 x tall fridge/freezers microwave, toaster , kettle , dining table and chairs, a wall mounted TV makes this a great communal hub.

There is a separate Utility room with washing machine and a Drying machine

All communal areas are professionally cleaned monthly.
We provide a brand new mattress protector for each new tenant

All Bills are included so all you need to pay for is your food.

There are fire doors fitted to every room, linked hard wired smoke detectors in all rooms which are checked monthly for your safety. A few minutes’ walk will get you to shops and to bus/rail transport links, Liverpool Central is only 12 mins on train and only 3 mins to Aintree or Walton hospital. Sainsbury and Aldi are a short stroll away along with an array of shops
