£380 per month which is not negotiable as I believe this to be fair.
I’m looking for a new housemate and I have a double room available- room is not currently photographed as it is occupied currently. It is a back bedroom. The only down side to the room is that the boiler is in here so I would occasionally need to access it to set the timer/ temp etc but this isn’t a regular thing and I wouldn’t do so without checking with you first.
Ideally I would like someone who is a professional or a student (I’m local to whiston hospital)
I have two large dogs who are very excitable so someone who is a dog lover is a must.
The room won’t be available to let until lockdown rules are lifted but once they are I’m looking for someone for 6-12 months (possibly longer)
Possible housemates will need to be clean and tidy & non smoker. There is space on the drive for your car.
Water, gas, electric, WiFi is included. There is no tv in the spare bedroom and I have NOW TV In the living room so if you want a tv in room that would be for you to sort out.
I am quite Average. Quite sociable but not one for large house parties. I Like to try to keep on top of cleaning and tidying and feel able to share my space with someone I get on with.
