Self contained studio flatlet at rear of landlords property. Fully furnished , has its own bit of garden and separate entrance. Main living area has small double bed, wardrobe space, large armchair, kitchenette including washing machine, small ensuite bathroom. Price includes the rent, and share of gas/electric/council tax/water rates/windowcleaners/garden maintenance/broadband/prime and netflix (you only have to buy your food). Single persons only, 4 weeks/month in advance to move in, then payable in advance at all times. I've put live in landlord as it's close to me but you'll only see me in passing outside or if you need me.. working people preferred
