Double room With Kitchen & Ensuite

Kitchen has all you need, even an iron. You have your own washing machine as well. Bedding is not included, you will need your own pillows, sheets and quilt.

The electric and water are on meters, so you pay for what you use, a careful person will pay approx £30-£40 for both water and electricity combined each month.

All other bills are included.

Minimum 6m stay. Available from February 7th, ensuite bathroom, loads of cupboard space, has its own private entrance and courtyard. A 5 minute walk to Aberdare town centre, with rail links to Pontypridd, S. Wales Uni., and Cardiff. I live at the house with my family but we occupy the top 3 floors so you won't really see us.


Strictly no smokers, no pets and no DSS.
A bond of £380 is required, and rent must be paid in advance (so £760 to move in), I will also require references.
