New build property double room and bathroom

The property is situated in the new build area of Coity, just 5 minutes drive onto the M4 allowing ease of commute to major towns and cities across Wales. Furthermore, it’s within a 2 minute drive to McArthur Glen, a major retail outlet which also includes a Sainsbury’s. There’s a Tesco less than 10 minutes drive if that’s your preference.

The room is £400 / month, which includes all bills, a double bedroom fully furnished and a bathroom on the same floor. The house itself is a townhouse, so as the resident landlord, I have my own en-suite in the top bedroom without any use for the middle floor.

The house comes with 125mb Internet - more than sufficient for games and streaming online platforms etc. It has direct outside parking to the property with designated spaces for the house.

The house also has a resident cocker spaniel dog, who’s 2 years old. She’s a very friendly and energetic dog - a dog lover is a must for this property as she does demand attention on times!
