Lovely double room for Female lodger in a friendly home.
Shared with just myself, live in landlady.

Lovely quiet residential area. Comfortable furnished double room available from 5 September. Photos of room please bear in mind I’m currently finishing off decorating but it’s in keeping with the rest of the house, modern light clean & comfortable with new bed.

I’m located in Caerphilly, a 12 minute walk from Aber Station (22 minute train journey to Cardiff) and very close to A470 with access to M4.
There is a Lidl, Tesco express, GP surgery, cafe, Greggs all within a 5 -10 minute walk.

One bedroom is used as my office, I work from home 2 days a week on average.
The room has south facing views across the garden towards Caerphilly mountain.

I’m easygoing and clean and tidy. There is plenty of room to make yourself at home and a lovely garden to relax in.

Shared modern bathroom and added benefit of downstairs cloakroom.

Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances.

Fast fibre broadband.

No pets but I do look after my daughters dog one day a week and occasionally for a long weekend - she’s small and very friendly.

I’m friendly & sociable, keep fairly active, happy to chat and make friends, but also respect we all need a little quiet time.

Would suit a professional who is a respectful and tidy person 😀.
