There is plenty of storage space with a double bed drawer divan, a chest of drawers and open hanging space on the back of the door. Although the room does not have a workspace area, the dining room may be used if required.

The room overlooks the garden and has a view of the castle.

There is a secluded garden at the back of the property with flowerbeds, lawn and eating area.

The bathroom is shared, hence the preference for a female. It has a bath and an over the bath shower with a mineral stone shower head to aerate the water for a more powerful shower.

The house is fully centrally heated, light and airy and has been decorated recently.

`There is a separate lounge from the kitchen diner.

The kitchen is furnished with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. All the white goods to make things easier for the busy professional.

The internet has recently been upgraded to Virgin Fibre Broadband.

The house is central with a two-minute walk to the train and bus station.

It’s only a 15-minute train journey into Cardiff centre.

Easy road links to A470 and M4.

Shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs are all within walking distance.

The castle is a five-minute stroll away.

If you like walking, there are plenty of woods and ridgeways on the doorstep.

Gyms, swimming pool and library are also a stone’s throw away and still within walking distance if you don’t want to drive.

Although there is no off-road parking a parking permit can be organised.

You will be a working professional who does not work from home.

As I do not watch TV there is no TV licence provision with the room. This would be the responsibility of the individual renting the room.
