Two double bedrooms available for short term only - includes all bills.

Room 1 - £400 per month or you can pay weekly £110
Room 2 - £440 per month or weekly for £120

Room 1:
The bed is very comfortable, double bed. Inbuilt storage above the boiler cupboard and large wardrobe in the room. Great view from the bedroom window.

Room 2:
Good size double - great orthopaedic mattress. Desk in the room + wardrobe, chest of drawers so plenty of storage.

Bathroom:
Lovely modern bathroom with L shaped bath and shower immediately next to the room. Brand newly renovated in 2018/19 so all in fantastic condition, modern and fresh.

Bathroom is only for use by these two rooms - the third bedroom (not available) has ensuite. There is also a downstairs toilet so never any problems.

General information:
All bills included (council tax, energy, water as well as fast wifi but no TV license)

Gorgeous, massive kitchen/diner with breakfast bar (renovated in Dec 2018 so all brand new and modern).

5-minute walk from Caerphilly train station (14 mins on the train to Queen Street, Cardiff - perfect for commuters), 3 minute walk from Caerphilly town centre inc. the castle, great takeaways, many shops and huge Morrisons.

Sharing with 1 male in mid 20s, working professionals. I work in London most of the time so am hardly in the house - maybe one weekend a month.
Strictly no smoking (including in the garden)

Room desposit requirement to be discussed.

I'm only interested in short term tenancies (until the end of this year). If you require longer I'm afraid I cannot help you.
