Double room with its own en suite. Bills included in the price so you won’t pay more. The room comes as seen, there’s a double bed frame in there. I can get the matress for you if needed, can discuss at the viewing. It has a built in wardrobe also. You can use my tv to have in the room while you’re here. Have sky & broadband. The house is in a nice quiet area, and less than 1 mile from the m4 & a 5 minute drive to Bridgend town centre. There’s a garage here if you need to store anything and parking right outside. I do also have 2 dogs, so you’ll need to be ok with that. You won’t have to do anything with them other than be nice to them. It’s a quiet household, easy going, so someone respectful, no drug takers, excessive drinkers, and cigarettes or vapes outside. Give me a message, and we can arrange for you to come view.
