Double Bed

I have a double room available in 3 bed house.

You have access to the rest of the house facilities, washing machine, tumble drier and has broadband with WIFI.

Available at £225 per calendar month paid in advance. There is a bond/deposit requirement of £225 on moving in.

This is a no-smoking house and I would require references.

The house with a communal kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. There is not much of a garden, but there is a front patio so certainly enough for lounging around in the summer if we actually have one.

The house share price is for all bills and council tax and would only be subject to change if there was a dramatic increase in utilities bills. Price has been calculated on two people sharing.

The house is in Ferndale close to a bus stop and buses run regularly about every 40 minutes. Approximately 20mins to Trefforest
Ind Est and Pontypridd, and the University of wales campus there, 40 mins from Cardiff by car traffic willing. There is on the road parking in front of the house if you have a car.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept housing benefit by way of payment as this is a house share, not a tenancy.
