Hi. I have a double room to let Monday- Friday for £75 a week. I might possibly consider a short term (for 1 to 3 months) full week let to a professional at a slightly higher price.. I am looking for a short term tenant (staying between 1 to 3 months).
The room has a modern double bed, wardrobe, flat screen tv, and drawers etc. Very clean and fully made up. I am looking for a friendly professional housemate, who will enjoy and respect a lovely home. The bedroom looks onto quite a large back garden with decked area at the rear of the house, and so it is quiet. The house is a modern detached property in a nice area, with easy access to main roads . It is in Hirwaun, close to the Brecon Beacons, and also a 15minute drive to Bike Park Wales.
I'm a friendly, working landlady with lots of interests, and would welcome someone likeminded to share my lovely home.
Only professional full time working applicants please.
Rent includes bills.
