Lovely home for a young professional

It's a beautiful 3 bed house that I share with my 2 year old daughter. Were looking for someone to share the house with us, due to our current housemate needing to go home for family reasons. Weve got a big double bedroom going for someone friendly and who likes children. The house is furnished so you would need anything, its got a medium sized garden with a private drive. The estate is in a nice and quiet area filled with families. It's close to the M4 with good bus and train connections near by. Local shops are a stones throw away.
My daughter is very easy going and will warm to the right person pretty quickly, she sleeps well throughout the night but please no party animals as she need her beauty sleep.
I'm pretty clean but not obsessively so, so a very easy going household perfect for someone whose looking to move out of their parents house but can't quite afford it yet.
