Note please that the house is in Troedyrhiw (Merthyr Tydfil) CF48 4EU, 5 minutes walk from Troed-y-Rhiw train station with regular service to Cardiff and Pontypridd. PLEASE CHECK THAT THE LOCATION IS FINE BEFORE CONTACTING US.

Ideal for professionals such as accountants, engineers, doctors, nurses, etc., as well as contractors and people visiting the area for a short time. No minimum stay – you can stay from one night to several months. Companies welcome to enquire and book. 2 minutes’ drive to General Dynamics and Merthyr Tydfil Industrial Park, 2 minutes’ drive to the A470 main through road, 12 minutes’ drive to Prince Charles hospital. The house is quiet for sleeping during the day if you are on night shifts.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath & toilet. No smoking allowed in the house. High-speed WIFI, all bills, bed linen if needed are included. Washing Machine is also available.

Parking is on-street, current/previous guests have had no problems parking near to the house. No parking permits/charges are required.

Price shown is for single occupancy of the room. Double occupancy is an extra £30 per week. Also available Sun to Friday (check out Friday morning) at 80% of the weekly price.
