The Annexe - flexible terms - no commitment req'd

The Annexe is located in the town of Pencoed. Just 20mins from Cardiff City Cente. It is a well equipped, 1-bedroom bolthole, perfect for a single traveller, working away from home or short term let. With its newly decorated interior, coupled with high specification and fabulous attention to detail, The Annexe has everything you need for the perfect stay. Eating

The open-plan kitchen area has everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner during your stay. The fitted kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you could need. There is a electric cooker/oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer. Double doors from the living area lead onto the shared patio which you are very welcome to use. A BBQ is available for guest use by request.

Sleeping

You will find the double bedroom with its super comfy double bed an absolute delight. A large chest of drawers with hanging space ensures plenty of space to unpack your belongings. Clean weekly bedding will be provided.

Living

​The sofa (which also folds out to a double sofa bed) allows you to sit back and relax in front of the 42” flat screen TV with FREEVIEW and access to Netflix by request.

The compact, tastefully decorated en-suite, with a electric shower makes showering on your return from work, the beach, shopping or from a long walk easy peasy!

Showering

​Towels and toiletries are provided for guests. (Clean towels provided on a weekly basis)

There is a white cabinet to store your toiletries, with mirror over, and soft flush WC.

Smoking is not permitted in The Annexe

Rates and commitments are flexible.
Please note: I will require weekly access to the annexe to provide clean bedding and towels, your privacy will be respected at all times. washing facilities available.
