We are Sophie and Jonny. We are looking for a professional female to move into our 3 bed house in Pwllgwuan Pontypridd.
The property is a 10 minute walk from the train station, you are one stop away from Treforest or can get to Cardiff within 35 mins.
You will share a bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden with us. The bedroom for rent is a quiet double room at the back of the property.
There is on street parking on our street and if the road ever gets too busy, you can always park on the road behind the house.
We have a hamster called Bear that lives with us and we regularly look after my sisters dog Frank, so an animal lover is a must.
