Double Room Short To Long - Terms Considered

Looking for a female lodger.

Large chest of drawers for storage and some hanging space for clothes.. I have wardrobe space in another spare room that I could clear.

Shared bathroom, kitchen and living space. This is a small terraced house with garden.

I am have a large dog, so you would need to be happy with that. Street permit parking. Wi-fi, gas, electric and water included. Due to size of the property I would have to say no to additional visitors to the property (unless by prior agreement).

Would suit someone who works daily/shift work, I also work from home several days a week and don't work evenings or weekends.

Pontypridd is well serviced by bus and train, with Traws Cymru bus services free on weekends.

If you enjoy swimming and walks, Pontypridd has a beautiful park (3mins walk) which is home to the restored lido.

Taff trail for walking, running and bikes are also within 5 mins walk of my house.

The town centre has a lovely indoor market and the high street has several chain and independent stores.

There are also nice local pubs and eateries within walking distance of my home.
