Hey, I'm looking for a flatmate to share the house I am already renting from Watts & Morgan.
The property is a 3-bedroom house, with a large living room, and a backyard with garden. Located near Porth train station, with a 24/7 gas station within a couple minutes' walk.
Current occupant mid-twenties metalhead, neurodivergent, mental health support worker who likes true crime and all things cat. House also shared with two well behaved cats. Reasonably tidy but works long hours on a shift pattern. Night Owl in an Early Bird world.

May be possible for me to provide full or partial furnishing of the room, can discuss further over message, the rest of the house is fully furnished, down to the cutlery
