Hey, I'm looking for a flatmate to share the house I am already renting from Watts & Morgan.
The property is a 3-bedroom house, with a large living room, and a backyard with garden. Located near Porth train station, with a 24/7 gas station within a couple minutes' walk.

Current occupant mid-twenties metalhead, neurodivergent, mental health support worker who likes true crime and all things cat. House also shared with two well behaved cats. Reasonably tidy but works long hours on a shift pattern. Night Owl in an Early Bird world.

Happy to discuss details as well as a split for chores that works for us both.
More Introverted and less frequent drinker would be ideal.
