Very cute clean house share in treforest near uni

A very cute and clean 3 bedroom houseshare in treforest which is less than a 5 minute walk to the train station and university. I’m only looking to fill one other room at the moment so likely you will have access to a spare room / office too if you have any guests.

The house is all newly renovated and furnished. Your room is a bright large double room which is fully furnished. There is a double bed with two nearly new mattresses (super soft so you might want to buy your own if you prefer something more firm) double wardrobe, Matching side draws already available. The room has a bright window and new carpet with neutral decor.

You will be living with Hayley (me) a professional who likes to take it pretty easy during the week, catching up with Netflix and a glass of wine, happy to share cooking etc. I love a good night out but this is kept for the weekend because of my early mornings during the week. Id want someone happy to share the cleaning/ clean up after themselves as I like the house to be nice and welcoming. (I’d also be happy to split the cost of a cleaner if you wanted to)

You will need to love dogs as you will be sharing with Honey, a beautiful pug X beagle and Jet a little black pug who both have a beautiful loving nature but are obsessed with food. They are both well trained but have been spoiledddd over lockdown with attention so might struggle when we go back to normal at first.

The £450 will include all bills including electricity, gas, water, council tax, internet, Netflix, TV license etc.

A discount can be arranged for someone who might be able to give the pups some company during the week as I currently pay for a dog walker. .
