Looking for someone to take over my housemates contract as they're looking to move out. Rent (£330) includes all Bill's and internet. The room is fully furnished and there is a spare room is extra storage space is needed.
There are two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. There is also a living room, dining room, kitchen and garden. There is easy parking out front and house is close to Treforest by University and Pontypridd.
I have a loving and friendly cat so new housemate must be good with pets. I'm a nursing student and work so I'm often out the house but when I'm in I'm the kind of person who gets on with anyone.
