Option of 2 rooms. One double fully furnished

one single fully furnished with double loft bed and sofa underneath, makes a great student room, very cosy and newly decorated.

The garden house beautiful mountain views. Train 5 min walk. All shops 5 to 10 minute walk. Lots of hiking trails near bye. Treorchy has everything you need.

The bathroom is downstairs so will not be suitable for someone with bad knees etc.

Please note this is a smoke-free household, Need to be tidy, easy going and respectful. Someone who appreciates a relaxed home. Home for me is a place for relaxing and chilling generally. No guests will be allowed back to the house as i live at the property and would not want any strangers walking through the house.

Someone who is happy in their own company would be ideal as I like to do the same and have my own social life.

I like to keep the house clean and tidy, so someone who cleans up after them self and is able to commit to a cleaning rota.
