The house has a modern 24/7 air circulation system & a boost switch only to be turned on by whilst cooking & showering.

HOUSEMATES: House share suits single professional female, sharing with two other housemates! We work in fun places creative industries (Fashion!), are friendly extroverted people and also respectful of own spaces.

On rare occasions my kiddo daughter visits (when her mum late at work) and stays after school. Hence the preference for female housemate(s).

LONDON OVER-GROUND: 8 to 10-min walk to Brentford station and a short bus ride to Kew Bridge station (1-mile),

LONDON UNDER-GROUND: Gunnersbury in front of Chiswick Business Park - short bus ride 237 / 267. Also a short bus ride E2 to Northfields on Piccadilly line.

BUSES : A bus depot nearby on Commerce Road, so super good frequency of buses connecting all routes.
