I have to move so a double bedroom ensuite in a modern, clean 2-bed only flat (Great West Quarter) in Brentford will became available in July (could be earlier or later a week too).

There is a big kitchen/living room with balcony and you will have your own private bathrom with tube.

There is a parking space in underground car park and a locked bicycle storage. You will also have access to on-site gym. There is a fast 150 mbps fibre internet.

Rent and council tax included. All together, the bills make around 950 pcm.

You will share this place with the other flatmate only, a 30 year old professional who likes playing tennis and is quiet and respectful.

Transport:
Kew Bridge with direct trains to Clapham and Waterloo, 7-10 min.
South Ealing/Picadilly, 3 stops by bus/15 min walk
Gunnersbury/District+Overgroun d, few stops by bus
Ealing Broadway with Central Line 15 min by bus, 10-12 min cycling
Buses to Richmond, Hounslow, Chiswick, Hammersmith, Osterley, Twickenham.
Short access to Heathrow and convenient 1h to Gatwick if you fly often.

Shopping:
A local Sainsburys is just 3 min walk, a bigger Morissons, Tesco or Sainsburys few stops by bus, lots of shopping and restaurants in Ealing.

There are also some nice river pubs in Kew Bridge.

There is a small park just outside the complex and a bigger one (Gunnersbury Park) 5 min walk, a good place for a run.

While it is perhaps not in the centre of universe, it is a very nice, quiet and comfortable place to live, somewhere where you can relax after work and enjoy any kind of weather outside. There is no living-in landlord and you can feel like this place belongs to you. In colder months you would see cold outside, but wouldn't feel inside.

You will need to get through agency checks as you will replace me in the current contract.

This place could be great for someone working for GSK, Sky or in any other place in this area.
