Sitting right next to Gunnersbury Park the house has great transport links, and is less than a 15 minute walk to either South Ealing or Acton Town tube stations and about 20 minutes from Kew Bridge mainline. There is easy access to the M4 and North Circular.

Tenant will be joining 3 others already living in the house. They are all very social and enjoy games (both board and video), pubs, quizzes and TV. They will all often spend time together relaxing in the living room.
The house is in good condition where everyone shares responsibilities, with a great relationship with the local landlord

Rent is £570PCM plus £100PCM to covers the bills (Gas, Electric, water, Council Tax and Internet). Moving in date will be from 10/08/2019 but can be a little bit flexible.
