The bedroom has 2 double wardrobes, a dressing table with a stool and a new beautiful bed with a top of the range memory foam mattress.

You will have use of your own kitchen which is new with all the amenities.
It has a new hob and oven, full size fridge freezer, toaster , kettle and microwave. There is also cups, plates and cutlery.

There is plenty of storage space for shoes etc in a downstairs cupboard, which also has the washing machine.

Additional storage space is so available on request.

The room which you’ll be using as the lounge has a 50”tv . A 2 seat sofa and table There is a super fast sky broadband

It’s a semi detached house with a church as your neighbors so the Sunday vibe is fantastic!

Also there is a beautiful 70ft garden with a decked area.

The area is lovely the street is clean with the famous Globe pub on the corner.
It’s A 7-10 min walk to Northfields underground which is zone 3
Brentford mainline which takes you straight into Waterloo is only a 6-8 minute walk.
Boston Manor park is only a 5 min walk.
Ealing and Chiswick are only a 15 min busride away.

My name is Penn and I’m living in the downstairs portion of the house.
We will be sharing the front door and hallway plus the washing machine.
As mentioned we will share the bathroom too but that shouldn’t be a problem because I always keep it clean.
Oh yes I’m a vegetarian so would prefer a vegetarian but it’s not a deal breaker for the right person.
