Huge spacious double room in fabulousHouse

This fabulous, huge double room is on the ground floor facing the front garden. The room has high ceilings with a big bay window. My house is a 1930’s house, so spacious and generous in it proportions.

This double room has the benefit of the afternoon sun that pours in to make the room very light and airy. The photo does not do it justice as it is difficult to capture the size! I have added photos from two different decorating styles from the 2 different people who have been in the room over the past four years.

The room is fully furnished with a fabulous, comfy double bed with a new mattress along with a big set of drawers plus two smaller sets of drawers for extra storage and a desk and chair . A large wardrobe is also present.

There is plenty of room to move furniture around and make the room your own. It has looked quite different with different styles and there is plenty of room to add book shelves or extra cupboards if you wish.

A shared bathroom, plus an extra toilet are on the same floor plus another shower room and loo upstairs.

The house has a very friendly and quiet environment. More that of a comfy, family feel. The other house mates are all really lovely and good fun, but are working long hours so this is not a party house for those looking for something noisy and rowdy!

Another fabulous, friendly person who also appreciates other people’s privacy and space will fit in wonderfully.

A professional cleaner comes fortnightly to assist with cleaning. She helps with all the common areas - kitchen, hallway and stairs etc.

The kitchen is spacious with plenty of cupboard space and two large fridges for everyone to use! A great space for cooking!

A shared dining room adjoins the kitchen along with a lovely garden and back terrace area. Great for summer!

Off street parking is available at the front of the house for two cars. There is a lockable bike shed at the back of the house where a couple of tenants keep their bikes locked up.

Close to Glaxo Smith Kline, Worley Parsons and Sky Television. Piccadilly tube is at the end of the street- a 5 minute walk.
