This room is lovely!

It is in my large friendly, clean house and is a good sized double ensuite room with a spacious bathroom - with walk in shower and loo. It is on the top floor of the house and is therefore cosy and private.

The room faces the back of the house, the sun comes in during the afternoons making it a light, airy room, with plenty of breeze. A wardrobe, comfy double bed along with a set of drawers and dressing table furnish the room.

A professional cleaner comes regularly to clean all the common areas - kitchen, hallway and stairs etc, to help keep the house nice and clean at all times.

The kitchen is spacious with plenty of cupboard space and two large fridges for everyone to use! A great space for cooking!

A shared dining room adjoins the kitchen along with a garden and back terrace area.

Off street parking is available at the front of the house for two cars. There is a lockable bike shed at the back of the house where a couple of tenants keep their bikes locked up.

Close to Glaxo Smith Kline, Worley Parsons and Sky Television. Piccadilly tube is at the end of the end - so very quick to walk to.

The house would suit another professional, clean and tidy person. The young lady who is leaving has been with us for a number of years but sadly is leaving us to move to another part of London.
