Well located for the station which is about 5/7 mins at most from house (Burnt Oak station zone 4) at bottom of road supermarkets and takeaways are located by the station

We are laid back friendly and respectful and are therefore looking for someone of that nature.

I am a live in landlady and you will not find a better rental anywhere, so i, ve been told!!!
We all meet in the kitchen /diner where we chat and there is always a hot nosh and a cuppa to be had!

The house is immaculately clean and is ideal for someone who is looking for looking for a lovely quiet place to stay.
My current lodger is leaving me after 6 years to move into her own home.
