Im located 8 min walk from Stanmore(Jubilee line) or 8 min walk from Edgware(Northen line) tube stations and 2 mins drive from M25 and M1 moterways. 142 bus service running from Watford to Brent Cross 3 min walk from property. Secure underground parking and lift. Its a smoking household, but with large terrace tends to be outside. and I have WIFI and additional sky+ box in room. Two toilets one bathroom, which has never caused issues as my other lodger works from 11am and I am currently seeking work so bathroom routines tend to slot around easily, Full use of lounge, kitchen and terrace with outside dining and sun loungers a lovely social place if you want to entertain your friends or family. Plenty of fridge and freezer space ..Happy to do your laundry, at no extra cost as it saves on machine time and I enjoy all the domestic side of life lol. Im easy going and sociable kinda girl, but am respectful of others space.. Happy to consider short or long term rental. This is single occupancy only £450 deposit required, which is a two week advance and first weeks rent, and £150 per week thereafter which allows 3 weeks moving out time. If working from home would require £155 a week.
