Affordable accommodation offered in EDGWARE – HA8 area, excellent opportunity for a Female ONLY, Homesharer who is looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find Homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
The nearest underground station is 12 minutes’ walk. This is Edgware Station, on the Northern Line. The station is in the centre of Edgware, where there are plenty of shops. There is also a small parade of shops directly across the road from the flat. The bus stop is one minute’s walk away, the bus numbers are 113,186 and N113.

HOUSEHOLDER
A delightful, independent, lively lady in her mid-90’s, who lives in a two bedroom and two bathroom flat in Edgware. She is very sociable, and gets many phone calls daily from family and friends. She is looking forward to welcoming a Homesharer, who can offer her some companionship with the added assurance of having someone home at night. Her family would really appreciate the support of having a caring Homesharer to be with their Mum in her home in the evening and especially at night for overnight security.

The ideal candidate must be a kind, friendly, caring and understanding female, someone who can integrate with her, someone who is calm, patient and helpful. She welcomes a friendly Homesharer who can offer support and the added assurance of having someone at home at night.

ACCOMMODATION
Two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor flat, with a communal garden area. The Homesharer will have a room with a single bed in it. There is a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a bedside table, will be happy to provide a desk, if the Homesharer would like one. The window overlooks the garden area, at the rear.
Internet is available.
The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
