A new large double bedroom in a lovely refurbished home 5 minutes walk from burnt oak underground station on the northern line. (Also within walking distance to Mill Hill overground station).

Our current tenant is leaving on the 31st of August due to a new job taking her away from London. She has personalised the room and it looks very homely! Majority of the furniture is all white and can be moved around however you like.

Freshly painted, brand new carpet, new windows, new fixture and fittings and new matress. There is a large double wardrobe, there is a chest of drawers, fitted shelves and a desk. There is also access to loft storage.

The house has a newly fitted modern kitchen and bathroom with top appliances. You will also have your own fridge. We have fast wifi, Netflix, Amazon Video & Disney+.

Current tenants are both professionals. We are friendly and clean and we also have a awesome and friendly cat! We are looking for nice friendly clean person - you will have full access to the entire house in order to make it your home. Students or professionals welcome.

There is free parking by the property and it is located on a peaceful and safe street.

Private large sunny back garden with decking and furniture. We have a large BBQ which gets summer use and deck chairs!

We are happy to negotiate on a monday to friday arrangement if wanted. We can be flexible over the length of tennancy.

Public park 2 mins away for those who like to walk/jog. And 5 mins from local shops
