The room measures 5m x 3.7m (16ft 6in x 12ft) and is fully furnished with a new double bed and mattress, (the pictures were taken before the mattress was delivered), bedside cabinet with a bedside lamp, built in wardrobe, sideboard, bookcase, desk lamp, desk and chair. A new carpet has recently been laid. There is also a 42 inch flat screen TV connected to an external television aerial and a satellite dish.

Students and employed are welcome. I am looking for a non-smoker/Vaper as all the tenants are also non-smokers.

There is use of fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bath / shower.

There is a back garden and patio area at the rear.

The rent is inclusive of all bills (electricity, gas, council tax, water and Wired and wireless broadband).

The house is close to all amenities, shops, doctor's surgery, library and restaurants etc. and there are many bus routes in all direction very near. The Northern line is close and the Jubilee line is a 5 minute bus ride away. Edgware is on Junction 4 of the M1 with connection to the M25 and beyond and free street parking is available.

I may also consider short term and Monday to Friday lets with slightly different terms.
