Hello! My name is Ish and I am a professional looking for fellow working or professional people to share my flat with. I am looking for 2-3 lodgers for my very lovely flat in the heart of Enfield Town, EN2.

It is a large duplex flat with 3 bedrooms available to working/professional people only. 2 rooms are triple sized and the third is a double size. High ceilings and the flat is of a very high standard in decor and style. The rooms are very spacious with plenty of natural light.

Very convenient to everything really, it's a 5 minutes walk to either Enfield Town train station ( which has a direct train to Liverpool st in 25 mins) or Enfield Chase ( direct train to Finsbury Park/Kings Cross/Moorgate). The high Street is a 2 minute walk away with lots of good shops like Waitrose, M & S, Next, H & M, TX Max, all major banks, Pearsons department store....

I'm looking to find clean, responsible people to share- ideally 2-3 friends/colleagues/family members etc... Offering the rooms on a lodger basis as though I live in the property, I work away a lot so spends minimal time in the property and I don't use the kitchen at all. The kitchen includes all modern appliances such as washing machine and microwave.

No smoking or pets allowed please. Minimum 6 month tenancy but the longer the better. Council tax is included in the rent so you would not have to pay for this. Bills are to be equally shared between sharers in the flat.
