There is a nice clean, laidback, and tranquil communal feeling in the house and an atmosphere of respect for each other's space and tranquillity 🙏🦋

We would like our new guest/housemate to be a considerate person who can clean after themselves as everybody here does,
And keep an eye on using only the necessary electricity.
Having another vegan/vegetarian would be a plus although all are welcome.

We prefer non-smokers, the policy is if you do, YOU SMOKE ONLY OUTSIDE.
