Double Room with En-suite

Hi there, we are looking for a housemate to occupy our double loft conversion room with en-suite. There is plenty of storage space with 2x large built-in wardrobes and additional boiler cupboard space. A double bed will be provided (different to bed pictured). Blinds will also be replaced. You will also have access to a living room, a shared kitchen/diner, downstairs toilet and garden.

You will be sharing the house with myself and my boyfriend Rob and we occupy the 1st floor of the house. I work for the NHS and I am out of the house working from 8-5 Monday-Friday. Rob is a music producer and works partly from home and partly in a studio in London. We are both respectable housemates having lived with other people for the past 5 years. We enjoy our privacy but also like to live with people we can socialise and have a laugh with. We are happy to accept couples or individuals :)

The house is a 4 minute walk from Enfield Chase station (national rail) and approx. a 10 minute walk from Enfield Town station (London overground). Oakwood underground station (Picadilly line) is also a short bus journey away. Enfield Town high street is a short walk away and there is a Tesco and Little Waitrose at the end of our road as well as a small parade of shops.

On street parking is also available.
