My name is Marie and I shall explain the setting of the room I am looking to rent!
First of all this is a family home. My property has been redeveloped to high standards, although there is always something to do in the house!
The property is located near Enfield lock and is walking distance to both stations (Turkey Street) with access to Liverpool Street in 30 minutes.
It is a three double Victorian property, a rather large kitchen dinner. A double living room, driveway for two cars and a 100 Foot garden. There is one bathroom (sorry no en-suite) and a toilet downstairs.
In terms of social setting:
There is my son and I living here. My son is 17 and in his A levels year.
I work in Financial Services
We have two cats and one dog
I am easy going, kind, respectful and nothing is too much trouble for me.
My son is a typical teenager who thinks his mum is boring, but he is a lovely kid!
I would like to find someone who is part of my little family, if that makes sense, where we are comfortable to chat, eat together without of course any obligations but where the atmosphere in the house is calm and happy!
