I have a lovely double room on top floor of my house (town house) that overlooks the garden. The room has just been decorated and has a new good quality mattress. Own use of bathroom which has just been redone.
The pics don't do the room justice. Rest of house has just been renovated to a high quality so new kitchen, downstairs toilet, dining room and separate lounge.
Plenty of free parking outside house and there is a loft for additional storage, house is in quiet cul de sac on West side of Enfield just off Ridgeway.
Must be easy going, clean and tidy. Looking for someone around endAug/Sept but flex for right person.
Enfield Chase and Gordon Hill stations both a 10min walk away and Oakwood tube station about 5 min drive away. M25 7 min drive away.
