Large kitchen diner for tenants fully fitted with washing machine, double oven, microwave, flat screen TV, own fridge / freezer plus pots pans plates cups glasses and cutlery. This extends to a conservatory and garden plus patio.

Ten minutes to Enfield Town. 5-8 minute walk to either Ponders End station and Southbury Rd station. From Ponders End Station to Liverpool Street Station takes 20 mins. Close to both Enfield Town and Edmonton Green stations.

We would like NON SMOKING / NON SMOKER professional single people only, clean and considerate. No sleep over guests. Experienced in living in a shared household preferred.
