Two large, light and airy rooms are available: both are double-bedded rooms, each sharing a clean, modern bathroom with only one other tenant.

The rooms are in a beautiful, light, clean, shared house, which has a spacious lounge with 55 inch smart colour TV, bright, modern kitchen with plenty of storage, 2 fridges, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Wifi included.

Weekly cleaner of the communal areas and gardener, as required, are included.

The house has a large garden and is in a quiet location close to public transport. There is off-street parking and also plenty of free parking on the road.

I am an accredited NRLA landlord who believes in providing an excellent service and I always ensure that issues are dealt with promptly.
