Looking for a tenant for the second bedroom in my property, a comfortable flat in a nice area with plenty of local amenities.

This is a spacious flat with an excellent layout, the living room leading into an open kitchen. The bathroom has shower and bath capacity, and will be shared with myself and the tenant.

The kitchen has a gas oven/hob, dishwasher and washing machine, the living room has a 55 inch HD TV screen and a PS4 with Netflix, and the bathroom a high-pressure shower installed in 2019.

The room itself looks out onto the grassland outside the block and the flat is at the opposite end of the block from Greenford Road, reducing noise. If looking to go for a walk or exercise Horsenden Hill parkland is a five minute walk away.

All furniture in the room is available as seen in the photography, including the brand new divan with four drawers for extra storage. This is in addition to two bedside tables, a bookcase, and a wardrobe.

As a live-in landlord any issues with the property can be taken up with me and resolved promptly; the fridge has also been recently replaced and the boiler certified. As for me as a person I'm passionate about film (as you may see from the living room) and work as a journalist. The flat is a 10-15 minute walk from both Sudbury Hill (Piccadilly) and Greenford (Central) stations, with the 92 bus which has a stop outside the flats stopping outside both. I do not drive and the tenant is free to use the property's dedicated underground parking space. There are many local places to eat and shop, including a Domino's pizza across the road and Westway shopping centre (with a Nando's, TK Maxx and a recently opened Lidl) a short walk away.
